I want to drop you a email in regard to one of your agents. I had the pleasure of dealing with a individual by the name of Lisa Chamberlin. I called and needed clarification of the different plans and costs and activation policy, she was very patient and thorough in explaining the differences and advantages. Lisa was very professional yet also personal and friendly, great asset to any company.

Even if I don't end up selecting  your warranty program, I thought I would make sure she gets recognized for her good work. I'm a firm believer in taking time to give credit where it's due, I think to often clients are quick to complain, but can't find time to compliment one's efforts. If your products as good as she is I'm sure you have great success in sales.

I just wanted to write and tell you what a pleasure it was to deal with your customer service representatives beginning with all of the valuable and comprehensive information I read on the website to the young lady I spoke with on the phone. Believe me, I've shopped around, spoken to many other sales agents from other companies and many of them have blatantly lied to me time and again telling me that parts not covered under contract were included, etc. Frankly, I was beginning to get turned off by the whole industry. However after everything I read about Auto Warranty Broker and talking to one of your intelligent and informative representatives I decided I couldn't go wrong if I purchased a contract through you. It almost feels like I have a new and trusted friend.

I can't believe it! I dialed your 800 # and within a minute I was actually speaking to someone who knew exactly what he was talking about, who didn't try to sell me what I didn't need, and who gave me honest and clear information! Although I was planning to buy the "deluxe" warranty package your sales representative had the guts to tell me exactly what I did and didn't need, consequently, saving me over half of what I would have willingly paid. Maybe this is a new America. At least I know that at Auto Warranty Broker it is. I am definitely referring you to everyone that I care about.

This is the first time I've ever written a company and thanked them for a service but I guess it's true that maybe you can teach an old dog new tricks. As a senior citizen it's not so easy to start doing things differently but my son insisted that I learn how to use the Internet and now I'm so glad I did. My son also insisted that I buy a good warranty for my Lincoln. I was a little skeptical about buying anything "online" and especially from a company that I'd never heard of but I plunged ahead and I can't tell you how glad I am that I did. Not long after I purchased my warranty my car had some dreadful problems. But your people were so helpful and made such a difference in dealing with the repair shop.
